Best Pho I have had in the tristate in recent memory, coming from Queens NY. New owners took over in Sept 2023, so don’t take the older reviews into account. Family run, the parents ran a Pho restaurant in Vietnam and you can tell, everything is dialed in. Apparently they do a 48 hour slow cook for the broth, opting for the more labor intensive and traditional method. Best for dine-in. Beautiful spread of herbs served with the pho. Meat in the original pho was delicately sliced and tender. Great beef ball. Banh Mi had crunchy fresh bread, and balanced meat to veggie ratio. Vietnamese Iced coffee was strong and perfect finish to the meal. Whole experience 10/10 Usually don’t write reviews like this but I randomly came across this place and had a really exceptional meal. Could see them get very popular once more people try them out, as they are kind of hidden at the end of the strip mall.

As a native viet, this is the BEST vietnamese place I've BEEN to. Their Special 48 hour pho is SO tasty it doesn't even need additional flavors like lime. I usually judge viet places by their summer rolls as well and this place did them so well too. I paid my compliments to the chef. The waiter told me they've been making pho in Vietnam for 20 years. I will be coming here ALL THE TIME.

This was the most delicious chicken pho I have eaten. The 48 hour broth is amazingly flavorful with grilled chicken with a hint of sweetness. The grilled beef in the beef pho was equally fantastic. The grilled protein is served on the side for you to add to the soup. Fried spring rolls were very good. The ownership is new this month and the family member who served us was welcoming. We will return! December 17. I’ve returned twice this week and the food is SO delicious! I was in town for a short visit and knew this was THE restaurant I wanted to return to. The food is fresh. And plentiful. And packed with vegetables. And the broth is packed with the best flavor of any pho I have ever eaten. No kidding! There’s a saying that if you are sick, eat chicken soup. But I’m convinced that the way to stay healthy is to eat THIS chicken pho! And all of their yummy food. Beef vermicelli. Chicken vermicelli. Grilled chicken. Thank you for such a great dinner and welcoming service.

Happy to report it is as good as everyone else says it is. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to Asian soups but this is the best pho I've had in the tri-state area. Bonus points for the rare beef coming to the table actually rare (most places the beef is already fully cooked by the time it reaches the table) anyway 10/10 recommend.

Small unassuming place but the food is awesome. Duke took care of us and the food was phenomenal. I had the 48hr pho and the broth was great. Wife had the spicy beef noodles and it was seasoned perfectly. We also had the summer spring rolls with pork sausage was it was great as well. Portion sizes was just right for me. Will be looking forward to other things in the future.

Had a lot of pho in my life and including at vietnam. The broth itself maybe the best I may have had in a long time. Not sure if this 48 hr of broth is marketing or they actually do it, but it's great. The summer roll is massive, decent

Ordered the Banh Mi and the Vegetarian Pho. Both were excellent and came out quickly. The staff were very friendly and attentive despite a lunch rush. Would recommend to anyone looking for some very good Pho.

We were a party of six for a late lunch. Four of us had the Special Pho, and two had the Pad Thai. We began by ordering vegetable spring rolls. The food was very flavorful and filling. It was interesting that the food didn’t come out together, but it was made fresh and we were in no rush, so no one minded. It was a positive experience and if I was ever in the area again, I would definitely return.
